COVID-19 Course Update – 3/23/2020

Eagle Ridge and Toppers Tavern will continue to respond to the actions mandated by Federal, State, and local authorities due to Covid- 19 virus. We’re sure it will continue change the way we conduct business, keeping in mind our employees and customers safety comes first.

Toppers tavern will be closed for dine in business and will be able to operate for take out orders only. This began Friday march 20th and will continue until further notice. The hours for take out only will go as follows:

  • Sunday & Monday 11:30 – 3:00
  • Tuesday thru Saturday – 11:30 to 6:30

A new Limited menu for the takeout has been established and can be viewed on our website here or is available inside Toppers Tavern. When takeout is picked up it must be taken off property for consumption. Take out orders are not permitted to be taken to the back porch.

The back porch will be available for the after golf use those wishing to do so, however product is not permitted to be brought in.

During this time, we are restricting the number of persons in the golf shop to 10. This number will include golf shop employees. once we hit that number players must wait until someone leaves before, they may enter. This will be quite a challenge for us to monitor, so everyone’s cooperation in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Members will not be permitted to go to their respective courses and check in with the starter, rather than the pro shop.

Eagle Ridge Members & Residents using their own cart will be allowed to use their own cart and ride by themselves. If using a club cart, we are following the latest mandate that each player is to ride alone and cannot share carts.

Beginning tomorrow, we are always asking everyone to please leave the Flag stick in. Foam padding will be added to fill the cup, so that the ball will not drop into the hole. Everyone will be able to pick their ball up without reaching into the hole or having to touch the flag stick.

Players are encouraged to bring their own water to the course; because we have removed the water coolers from the course and the beverage cart is no able to run at this time. Please remember alcohol is not permitted on the property.

We will keep you updated on any changes being made as we work through this pandemic.

Sincerely,

Dale Smauder
